: Feeling strangely fine
What's going on? This is the shortest "low" I've ever had. Thanks to everyone who has been giving comforting comments and general support over the last few days - you know who you are, and great big hugs to all of you. This is very unusual. Spent a fair bit of time this afternoon just feeling happy, doing stuff, writing music, smiling for no apparent reason... this is wrong. Depression cycles are meant to last a week or more. How odd. And yet how nice.
Perhaps writing about it helps, perhaps it's all the aforementioned nice people. Maybe it's only temporary and I will feel awful tomorrow. I don't know. But I like it.
